Resume++

Let's face it, you probably just came to this page to find out what my idea of "Resume++" is.  Well, I thought I would dedicate this page to answering a few of the common Interview questions that are always asked.

Q: What is your greatest strength?

A: I think my greatest strength has always been my ability to learn.  I learn quickly, easily, and I can learn through all 3 of the learning styles (audio, visual, and kinesthetic).

Q: What is your greatest weakness

A: I do have a tendency to be scatter brained, and as a result I use multiple tools to ensure that tasks do not get lost, and that I am focused on what needs to be done

Q: Why are you looking for a new Job?

A: My position, and my entire team was made redundant by a merger and we were terminated without cause.

Q: What is your dream job?

A: Have you seen Mythbusters?  Building, testing, exploring, constant learning, and the occasional (intended) explosion.  Unfortunately Mythbusters isn't in syndication anymore....

So what are some more realistic job goals? I have recently had a taste of a supervisory role and I think I would like to continue to grow my  supervisory/management skills. and I think I am ready to begin to lead engineering teams

I think the most important job trait is something that allows me to continually learn and grow.

Q: Are you able/willing to travel

A: Yes, I can travel and would be happy to travel up to about 35% of the time for work

Q: Are you willing to relocate for work?

A: It depends on the Job and the location.  I would need time to consider a number of external factors.  I am not interested in living in the United States.

I am happy to work remotely if that is an option.
